Fighter was Nathaniel's closest friend from birth.

Nathaniel carried him around from day one. Born several days too early, he was the smallest little guy we've ever had. There were a brother and a sister also, but they died early after birth.

But Fighter fought his way thru, allways being the smallest one. Also thru several periods of sickness in our cattery, making it.

But then one day he wanted to be outside the house on his own, should never had let him go. He wasn't quite like any of the other cats, being a premature boy. But he got his way, and went outside. After a while our dog found him laying dead.

Nathaniel was devastated. It crushes my heart seeing Nathaniel so sad.

Fighter will allways be remembered for being calm and quiet, he just wanted to sit on Your lap or lay with the other cats.

He would always be around us.

But not anylonger.
